You are the supposed to pour baking soda down the drain. After 15 minutes, rinse the drain with boiling water.

You should try using olive oil in cleaning stainless steel. Stainless steel appliances look shiny but dirt can make them wear and tear. Wiping the stainless steel appliances with a cloth with olive oil will make the appliances clean.

Citric acid, salt, borax and washing soda are perfect than the dishwasher soap. You need a cup of washing soda, a cup of borax, 1/2 cup of citric acid and salt.

Another cleaning remedy you should try is a lemon in cleaning the microwave. The microwave may look clean but some bits of food may be stuck on the roof and the walls of the microwave. Half a lemon is enough in cleaning a microwave. The heat produced by the microwave will heat the lemon and the lemon juice will evaporate and break down those particles of food which are stacked on the walls and roof of the microwave. After switching off the microwave, you should get a clean cloth and use it to wipe the microwave.

The simplest way of cleaning the shower head is by using vinegar. Get the shower head and dip it in vinegar for the whole night and by morning, the shower head will be sparkling clean.

Lemon juice, water, and vinegar will make a good cleaning spray. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar and water in an empty spray bottle and shake well. You will have clean kitchen surfaces after using the affordable cleaning spray you have made.

The best floor cleaning remedy is made by using rubbing alcohol, vinegar, water, essential oil, warm water, and dish soap. After mixing them together, the mixture will be more effective than a vacuum cleaner.
